1. Scope
This page covers this website (gjiraenterprises.com) and our dealings with clients and enquirers. Our products have their own policies, because they process different things in different ways:

2. What this website collects
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Information reaches us only when you deliberately send it:

We never see your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own systems; the card number is entered on their page, not ours.
3. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie present is strictly necessary — for example, keeping a form submission secure against cross-site request forgery. Because we set no optional cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.
4. Who else processes your data
We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, or an independent controller for the part it performs:

Some of these providers operate outside Canada, so information you send us may be processed in another country and be subject to that country's laws.
5. Your rights
Subject to the exemptions in applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You may also withdraw consent where our use rests on consent.
Email info@gjiraenterprises.com and say what you want. We will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EU.
6. Security
Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access to our systems is restricted and authenticated. Secrets and credentials are held in a dedicated secret store rather than in application code. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.
7. Terms of use for this website
The content of this site is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and nothing here is professional advice or an offer capable of acceptance. A binding engagement between us arises only from a signed agreement or an accepted written quotation.
All text, graphics, logos and code on this site are owned by GJIRA Enterprises Ltd. or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
You may not use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else's, to send automated traffic that degrades the service for others, or to harvest personal information.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GJIRA Enterprises Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update this page as our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we handle personal information will be highlighted on this page.
