1. Who we are
GJIRA Enterprises Ltd. is a technology company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We work in two ways: as a consulting partner delivering AI, automation, cloud and data engineering for other organisations, and as a product company building and operating our own software.
The company is small and deliberately so. The people who design a system are the people who build, ship and support it, which is why the same names appear on a proposal, a deployment and a support reply.

3. What we do
Our consulting practice covers the work needed to take a system from idea to something that runs in production and keeps running:
- AI consulting — assessing where machine learning and language models genuinely help, and where they do not.
- Process automation — removing manual steps from workflows that people repeat daily.
- Web and application development — building the software itself.
- Data analytics — making the data an organisation already holds answer questions it can act on.
- Cloud and DevOps — infrastructure, deployment pipelines and the operational work that keeps a service available.

5. Accessibility
We aim to keep this site usable with a keyboard alone, legible at increased text sizes, and readable by screen readers. If you hit something on this site or in one of our products that blocks you, email support@gjiraenterprises.com and tell us what you were trying to do. We will treat it as a defect rather than a feature request.
6. Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in one of our products or systems, email support@gjiraenterprises.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a genuine vulnerability in good faith and does not access, modify or destroy data belonging to other people.
7. Complaints
If something we have done falls short, write to info@gjiraenterprises.com with the details. We will acknowledge your message and tell you who is handling it and what happens next.
